Allen, Thom and Patrick (Podcast Producer) have a multi-faceted and admittedly chaotic conversation congruent with the emotional aftermath of the very frightening events we have all just witnessed. Included in this conversation are elements of how our understanding of human psychology and mental health can help us make some sense of things, how there is an important difference between healthy and neurotic fear and that when we tune into healthy fear, we can find direction for how best to respond, individually, as a community and hopefully as a nation.
